Private Lending

Bernstone Capital has made private lending a key priority for the business. We have successfully executed several transactions bringing our investors a fixed income return. We are interested in secured and non-secured financing ranging from a 4% yield to a 12% yield. Our loan structures are interest-only with a final balloon payment however, we are open to different deal structures depending on each client’s personal circumstances.
